I have taken my Mercedes cars to Marc since he started in Walsall. Treats my car like his own. Family run business with great backup staff. Marc is extremely knowledgeable, honest and will not bamboozle you with techy jargon. He charges reasonable prices, in fact on the odd occasion when I have popped in for a small 5 minute job /adjustment, I have had to insist on him raising an invoice! My Merc was purchased new & has been looked after by Marc, there is no truth in the line some dealers use that it may affect your warranty, Marc has direct access to Merecedes for online servicing records, details etc & uses genuine Mercedes parts. Thoroughly recommended, give him a go, you will be glad you did!

Having my car serviced at ACMS Mercedes was a great experience, I have used this place several times before and always found them to be very professional. My car was returned to me spotless, like new, I almost did not recognise it !! Will always get all my car maintenance done here. Thanks Mark and team.

Couldn't fault the service at ACMS Mercedes!! From when I initially booked my car in to the completion of the work, everyone was helpful, polite and professional. I would and already have recommended the company to all my friends and family who own Mercedes' cars. Good job!!
