Regularly visit with my toddler. The place is clean and has new developments quite regularly. Staff are lovely and friendly and seem to really enjoy sharing their knowledge about the animals in their care.
Included in the price is lots of different animal experiences such as pony grooming, stroking a snake etc, a wonderful play area including a bouncy pillow, tons of sand with diggers etc, as well as traditional climbing frames.

Just back from an amazing trip to Venice, where many happy memories were made, celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary.
Louise absolutely made it happen!
We sent her a message with what sort of holiday we were looking for. She rang us to chat through our brief. Coming back to us in a timely fashion with a couple of perfect options…fitting exactly the vibe we wanted. Louise sorted out an excellent package, with the flights and hotel. She even did our on line flight check in and pointed us in the right direction for the Venice tax.
Having an expert sorting out our holiday gave us immense peace of mind and we would thoroughly recommend Louise to anyone looking for their next holiday.

I could not be happier with every aspect of the whole process with this company. It is the first time we have had dealings with them but it certainly won’t be the last, from the very beginning, right up to the hanging of the curtains in our home they have been professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. Thank you to everyone.
