I have been a customer of PVCU Direct since 2011.
The below photos show the before and after, with the most recent work being completed in 2021.
PVCU have always been professional in their approach, never forcing a sale and always doing right by the customer.
They only use high grade quality products from the Rehau profile to the grade A glass to the hinges and Yale locks.
The products and fitting is second to none, I would strongly recommend them for any size projects.

Highly recommend PVCu Direct. Staff were very helpful, a great job was done and everything left clean and tidy. They have done a few jobs for me now. Very trustworthy too, as I wasn't able to be at the property at the time.

I was recommended to use Pickfords by my estate agent. I used them to sell my house and now they are dealing with my house purchase. Can't fault them. I've been mainly dealing with Dede and Elizabeth. Communication is good and everything has gone well. Would recommended and happily use again should I need to.
Completed on my house today and I would highly recommend Pickfords, as I've already said, everything went smoothly and they all have done a fabulous job on completing my house sale and purchase.

Excellent attentive service
Buying mid-pandemic was more challenging than normal. Delighted that I chose Pickfords for my conveyancing. Great, competitive price. Excellent attention to detail. Responsive, efficient and effective.
I'll use them again when I buy and I am recommending them to all my friends and family.
Thank you Pickfords!

Superb service
Pickfords has been nothing but brilliant in helping us to complete the sale of our house. Instant replies always and we felt very well cared for and looked after by Rachel. Thank you so much. We will most certainly use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone in their sale of their house. Thank you Pickfords.

Sale of my house
I am in property business.
I was with my previous solicitor for last 18 years. They were excellent for 17 years, but I had to leave them due to continuous decline in their customer service specially by reception staff and Para Legal staff. Joined Pickford last year and had their services to buy one property and sell another property. Rachel McDonald has dealt with my transactions in a very professional manner in both cases and she has done an excellent job. She has been very prompt to communicate and update me about it.
Hopefully I will stay with them for long time.
Great solicitors and great service.

Excellent Conveyancing service
I think you have to anticipate problems and issues in the process and not to expect a smooth transaction. We received a great service from Natalie and Rachel, ensuring our exchange and completion went ahead on time in a quicker than usual time. Thank you.

Fantastic firm of solicitors
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm of solicitors! Rachel and Natalie went above and beyond their duties to help in both the sale of my property and the purchase of a new one. They responded quickly to all my queries, and their sense of humour kept me sane in a stressful time. I haven't got a negative thing to say about this firm.
