This memorial arboretum totally out weighed our expectations. A place of peace and respect and hundreds of incredibly designed memorials large and small covers over a hundred acres. You will find many ex service men on your walk who volunteer to help you find a certain memorial or tree and freely give information about the Service men and women and everyday people who gave their lives for peace. It’s free to enter and offers so much. Enjoy.

Beautiful place! Staff were brilliant parking was £8 for the day which was a good price. No entrance fee but donations welcome. We had food at the restaurant which was a good price and very nice. We took our dog which was good and he also enjoyed his walk around the Beautiful grounds.

Really nice day wandering around this most wonderful memorial to our armed forces. All staff and volunteers are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant, food served piping hot, cooked to perfection by very helpful and polite staff. A great experience all round.

I have visited on numerous occasions, and each visit, I find something new. It is an inspiring place to visit, well maintained, beautiful, and full of history with various regiments represented. Walking around seeing the changes makes it definitely worth a visit. It's worth more than 5 stars with a great restaurant and parking for everyone. Enjoyed the day fully, even with the showers today.

I've been here a few times.Parking is £8 unless you book on the Internet when it drops to £5.They prefer you to book a spot to help with crowd control. I simply turned up and paid the £8. Lots to see here memorials to all the armed forces and former battalions and regiments that have now been disbanded. The main memorial includes the names of all the armed forces personnel who have lost their lives since 1945. The main memorial is impeccably well done. Respectful and has wonderful statues to the fallen. Its a moving experience. Another one of the highlights is the Shot at Dawn Memorial .I won't spoil it, but it's another moving experience. Once you read the citation, you come away with a totally different perspective . Spotless toilets and good disabled toilets. There is a self service Cafe which is not cheap.£2.75 for a can of coke.£3 to £3.50 for.a coffee from a self-service coffee machine .Breakfasts are anything between £7 to £13 .Told you not cheap. Free to enter, but all donations are greatly appreciated. All in all, well worth a visit. Returned a week later and not able to get it.On May 5th no parking spaces unless you had booked online. At 10.20 impossible to park so I made my way home .dissapointed say the least . I didn't want to give my bank details out on the site. The car parking here is totally inadequate. Car parking wise it's simply not up to the job
