They were very helpful when choosing my mom's headstone. No pressure sale's just really helpful advice and also saving us money by telling us about the offers they had at the time. I must say through no fault of their part we told them the wrong dates for the headstone but this was soon sorted with no problem at all when we realised our mistake .I would have no problem recommending Walsh's to anyone .

It took us nearly three years to organise for a memorial stone for our loved one, and Walsh Funerals & Memorials was one of the company’s that we first chose. From the initial conversation through to the installation of the stone, we were kept up to date with what was happening from timelines, to design choices and asking and querying about anything of importance, Millie especially was able to clarify and provide a sense of understanding during this incredibly difficult time. They said that they would deliver and fix the memorial stone for July, and they fixed it on 1st July. We are so pleased to have used their service and we would give them 5 stars for customer care.

Excellent customer services and communication in relation to removal, updating and replacing a headstone when our uncle passed away. Everyone was very helpful and patient during this difficult time. They provided regular updates on progress and gave us suggestions and various quotes/options. Now we have in place a headstone that is 20 years old that looks brand new again with a beautiful photo of uncle and aunt on it aswell as lettering that you can not see a difference between the old and new. Very respectful and supportive by both email and telephone, taking into account our work patterns took away a lot of stress. Thank you to all at Bloxwich branch
