Fleur is so lovely we went for the first time and she was so lovely and kind and was welcoming and just so relaxed with us. We left the first visit not saying yes to the dress but after our 2nd visit yesterday my daughter said yes and Fleur was so excited for us. She literally is one of the nicest people and so funny thank you Fleur for making our visit so lovely xx

A wonderful place, clean and full of character, that really allows little children to get up close with some beautiful, well looked after animals. The team were helpful, knowledgeable and so, so friendly and kind. We had a fabulous time. Highly recommended for kids under 5.

Absolutely wonderful. Went for a kids birthday party. The staff were brilliant and friendly and very accommodating for me with my wheelchair. The staff were also particularly brilliant with my son who has autism. 100% will go again

If I could give Aimee and the team more than 5 stars I more than happily would, as I don't feel 5 is fair! .
The dedication to ensuring a fully immersive experience is given was out of this world and Aimee truly went above and beyond to make sure Esmé not only felt comfortable but was also fully educated on any animal she chose.
With a very very impressive knowledge from many years experience and a genuine unrivalled passion for both children, animals and how to bring them together, I honestly can't think of a better place to visit for kids who love or want to know more about wildlife.
The play area is also a great addition and pretty much ticks off the only box remaining and rounds of a good few hours of fun.
Guys to all of you from all of us
