Helen Kent is excellent at communicating and kept us updated throughout the buying process. Jake Jervis showed us around the property and was involved from start to finish, providing good advice and keeping us in the loop with everything. Simply outstanding. We are ex-pats living in the USA and decided earlier this year to sell our property in Fradley. Andy, Jake, and Helen were friendly, helpful, attentive, and responsive at all times. From the second we put the house on the market, through to completion we couldn't have asked for better service, especially considering the additional complications of us being overseas and 5hrs behind the UK. Things were truly put to the test when a leak was discovered prior to exchanging. Andy personally took the lead in managing this, helping us to arrange the repairs and keeping us and the buyers constantly updated. This situation could potentially have put the sale at risk of falling through but Andy's assistance played a significant role in making sure that didn't happen. I would not hesitate in recommending Andy and his team to anybody thinking of buying or selling their home.

The team at Andrew downing booth have complete knowledge regarding sales, after spending months with another local agent who after the initial introduction to a purchaser just left us always wondering when we would be contacted again which meant we were continually on the phone chasing them, with this company we always knew at what stage we were at so giving us total confidence in the selling process.
