My husband chose Walsh's at Bloxwich after attending a friends funeral previously. From the very start to his final goodbye it was just seamless. Jessica and all the team were very kind, caring and compassionate and nothing was to much trouble and the day went perfectly. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this day memorable and giving my husband a wonderful send off. We had so may positive comments on the day at what a beautiful and memorable service you gave him. The Dove release was such a wonderful touch as was the elegant glass rose ornament you gave us. We cannot thank you enough for all your kindness shown to us at a very difficult time.

I can honestly say on behalf of my family and I that I cannot fault a single aspect of the services provided by A Walsh. It felt like a friend was guiding us through such a difficult time. Marie took the time to listen, advise and support us all the way through from beginning to end.Marie was always there on the end of the phone or by email to respond to any questions, changes of plans etc. All communications were undertaken promptly,sympathically and professionally. There was no selling involved at all it was soley about what we wanted and how it would be achieved. The day itself went beautifully we were all looked after and had the imense comfort of knowing that Marie who was leading the funeral was the person who had looked after my mom since she was in their care . All of the extra personal touches that they included were the most beautiful and poignant part of the day.
