I found Laura through Google reviews and also the personal recommendation of a friend. I am so glad I did because she has been so helpful. I had struggled with NHS hearing aids for over 4 years but my hearing was getting worse. Its a big leap paying for private hearing aids but my has it been worth it. The hearing test alone threw up a detailed base line for my hearing then there are the follow up appointments where laura will check and tweak the aids. I do feel having a bespoke service is so worthwhile and I trust Laura completely to give me that. I cannot recommend her enough.

I went for my ears syringed but Laura felt that there wasn't a lot of wax so I had a hearing test instead. Everything was carried out professionally. It was very clean and Laura explained things very well.

Laura at cathedral hearing has been excellent. So glad she was recommended. Laura has taken loads of time and been massively patient with helping me get the right hearing aids for my needs. She explained everything in great detail and has taking much time to get the fitting and technology spec I’m after. I would highly recommend to everyone who has hearing issues. Many thanks Laura .

First time ever I had difficulties with hearing. I contacted Cathedral Hearing and today went to have wax removal. Slight complication but Laura was excellent! Explained in detail the situation and procedure was successful. I was very happy with the excellent care, attention, knowledge and service I received. Top notch clinic for ears! Will be definitely recommending Laura and Cathedral Hearing. Thank you! So lovely to feel normal again.
