My partner and I really love coming to the arboretum, it’s a really calm and peaceful place to pay respect. It’s really lovely to walk around the arboretum and take in all the memorials, wild life and flowers and to also remember all the people that were extremely brave and fought for our country.

I recently hired Franklins Removals for the removal of my mum's holiday apartment in the Alps back to the UK. My initial telephone chat with Emma was very friendly and reassuring, and subsequent email correspondence with Ben was prompt and thorough. Michael and Simon were our onsite removal team and provided us with an extremely professional, friendly and speedy service. They communicated well in advance regarding their estimated arrival time and not even an unexpected snowfall delayed their schedule. They even braved the weather with shorts! All in all, a remarkably stress-free experience. Not what you would usually expect from any type of move :) Many thanks to all the Franklins team.

Friendly and welcoming staff, all very helpful and courteous. Thank you for letting me record on the grounds. It's a beautiful place and plenty of great spots for a picnic and a lovely walk around the memorials. A very special place indeed. Thank you also from my father who felt very comfortable once he had a walk around the grounds and remembering his friends. I greatly appreciate the work you all do. I'll definitely be back again.

Doesn't matter what age you are, this is well worth a visit. Start it off with a ride on the 'train', where the commentary is very good. Also, you will see a lot and then you can decide where you want to walk to.
