We’ve been bringing both our cats here since we got them a year and a half ago. Can’t fault the staff or service provided every time we’ve visited!<br><br>Our cat Leo had to go in for surgery recently and ended up spending 3 nights here. They saw him as an emergency which we were so grateful for as he was clearly in a lot of pain. Alex and Olivia were great at explaining what was wrong with Leo and the options available to us. The staff were also really helpful in updating us and letting us know how he was doing which really put our minds at rest! Sounds like he was treated like an absolute prince during his stay so thank you so much for taking care of him! The reception/admin staff were also really friendly and helpful.<br><br>Leo is now recovering well and hopefully no more visits any time soon!!

Absolute a must. A very detailed and moving place, great to feel at ease and pay your respects to all. The arboretum is enlightening and educational. So moving and relaxing at the same time. Parking is great, the restaurant is fabulous and caters for all taste with reasonable prices. Shop is well stocked with things for everyone, The staff are an absolute credit.. absolurecommend for a cheap day out, even take a picnic if you wish.

Such a nice day out! The staff are also great, knowledgeable and friendly. Some lovely animals and its so nice the kids got the feed them and pet them. The timetable is great too, always something to do. The kids had so much fun at the foam party. Food so nice, pricey but when the kids eat for £1 and the portion is so good, it doesn't matter<br>10/10<br>Thank you!

Lovely area with lots of memorials. There were some commonwealth games activities when we were there which kept the kids entertained.<br><br>Very clean and smart restaurant.<br><br>Good way to spend a few hours walking around the grounds and paying your respects

Absolutely breath taking! Free to enter with only a car park fee to pay , which was £6 for the whole day. Lovely walk with plenty to see, will definitely visit again.
