Just back from a day out around Lichfield, first stop was this beautiful cathedral must see! plenty of history here, some of the Staffordshire hoard is here too a very friendly knowledgeable man was there to talk to you about it plenty of interesting things to see and read about in the cathedral, staff were friendly and the shop inside had far too many things I wanted to buy which I didn't expect so I managed to purchase a few things! Would definatly return.

It's one of the most beautiful cathedrals with more than 1300 years old very well maintained entry is free but they ask for a donation because they say to keep up the cathedral running they need 3 pounds per hour and all the money almost will be invested in this beautiful artwork cathedral
