Laura was positive, very warm and friendly, but thoroughly professional throughout. She examined both ears and explained why she had chosen the particular procedure to remove my ear wax. It was quick and totally pain free and a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend her to anyone with a hearing problem to contact her.

Laura at Cathedral Hearing did an excellent job with my husband’s ear wax removal. He was very pleased with the procedure and found Laura to be both professional and highly knowledgeable in her field. The clinic was spotless, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend her services to anyone in need!

This was my first visit to Laura and I found her to be really welcoming and professional. She explained everything clearly before doing anything. I definitely recommend visiting this small independent business for any ear problems whether it’s for a hearing test or ear wax removal.

As an elderly man, never having had my ears syringed before, I was very anxious. Laura reassured me and explained the procedure at length. Following a completely painless experience, I am delighted to say that I can now hear again. Thank you Laura.

Excellent earwax removal service conducted in a friendly and professional manner in a clean and safe environment. Was especially interesting seeing the camera images of the inside of my ears on a big screen before and after treatment. What a difference! My hearing is now so much clearer and detailed.
