I’ve been going to Donna for my feet for the last 3 years, and honestly she’s the best. She’s so friendly, chatty, and welcoming that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. She’s absolutely mad about feet in the best way — you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and knows her stuff. My feet have never looked or felt better, and her attention to detail is unmatched. If you want someone who actually cares and does a top-quality job every single time, Donna is your girl. I highly recommend Donna - she is very professional and has the ability to make one feel at ease. Her treatments are exceptionally good, providing a truly positive experience. Was Soo Happy Donna Moved here, did struggle with the Stairs but her new place is Absolutely Beautiful 😍
I do struggle with my feet for various reasons and Donna took them from Absolutely God Awful! Dry, major Hard skin and cracked, basically yuck !
To, Hard skin free, soft, toe nails looking really fab for me 😜.
She is a miracle worker and doesn’t stop till every bit of yuck is gone 😂😂😍😍
Not to mention Handsome little Charlie boy 🐶🐾
loving the play , kisses and snuggles from that little cuter patootie ❤️

I’ve been completing my Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification with Donna over the past few months, and honestly, she’s been amazing from start to finish. She’s incredibly supportive, patient and adaptive to how I learn, which made such a difference. Donna has a wonderful personality that creates such a calm, positive and friendly learning environment. You genuinely feel comfortable and encouraged every step of the way. She’s helped me build both my confidence and my knowledge and I’ve really enjoyed every part of learning with her. I’m very grateful for her guidance and would absolutely recommend her and her salon to anyone considering training in beauty therapy!!

Donna is just amazing, I have been going to her foot health clinics for some time, she removed an unwanted 'friend' from my foot after many years seeking treatment from other practitioners and over the counter remedies, removed within two treatments, an absolute star! She also trains students to the highest level, she is kind and patient, I would highly recommend her .

Phenomenal service and I’m not kidding!
Firstly a huge thank you to Bev in the office who must have been sick to death of hearing from me with date changes, location changes, it was very stressful. However Bev was cool as a cucumber and just kept finding solutions.
When we finally got a date it was faster than a greyhound out of the gate racing for the hare! I mean literally five days and it was all systems go.
The lads, LEWIS, MICHAEL, ZAC, JAMIE F, KEIRAN and JAMIE G were the best.
They arrived at 8am, raring to go, polite, professional and incredibly understanding about my horrendous neighbour next door who would complain about anything!
They reassured me and got stuck in, NOTHING I mean NOTHiNG was too much trouble for these lads.
We, I say we, they realised we were going to need reinforcements and another lorry, the boxes just kept coming, literally.
Again, not an issue and if by magic, another lorry and another two lads.
These lads all grafted from
8am until 7.45pm when we finally unloaded the last box.
We made sure we fed and watered the team, they didn’t expect it but it was our absolute pleasure to provide breakfast and tea for these lads.
We were recommended to Franklins and we WILL be doing the same! We went with them also because they are FAMILY owned and it clearly shows!
