We listed our property with Andrew Downing Booth Estate Agents in January 2026. From our initial enquiry to the listing going live Andrew was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the area and we decided to list with them on a dual basis. Within 2 weeks of the property going live we had 10+ viewings booked and Karen at the Aldridge branch was very proactive with any enquiries and communication excelled at every touch point! Couldn't have asked for anything more from an estate agent. We had a Sunday viewing and the prospective buyers were struggling to find the place due to road closures, they managed to make contact with Andrew on a Sunday who then in turn kept me updated. Wow - how many estate agents are contactable on a Sunday - would recommend to anyone looking to sell their property!

Within 2 weeks of making contact we were on the market with brilliant advertising and photography. We agreed a sale within one week and the whole process completed within 7 weeks.
The whole team are really friendly and gave us excellent advice throughout the process.

helpful, very lovely, kind and always ready to help, all the explanations Karen and Grace was guiding me through it was so great, and always clarified everything what I didn't understood, or wasn't sure about. Karen and Grace was always there when I called and needed a help, well there was always some one, who picked up the phone straight away when I was calling ,I never had to call twice! And all the communication was excellent through emails as well. The whole team is just so great and very helpful , so thank you very much 🙏 😊 Thank you so much for all your help, your time, your patience and all your energy you've put into the explanations and trying to help ,i appreciate and so thankful for everything you've done for us 🙏🙏
