This review is on behalf of Terry. For some time he's had hearing difficulties and decided it was time to do something about it. After reading various reviews etc , he opted for Cathedral Hearing. He was so pleased he did. Throughout the whole process from the initial consultation to the fitting of devices and 2 follow up reviews, he has been very impressed with Laura. (And so have I). She has been very friendly , polite , patient, supportive and professional. She has explained the reasons for his problems and answered all our questions . Thank you Laura.

A very positive experience all round. Booking was easy, with advice on how to prepare for the consultation. On the day I was greeted by Laura who was very professional from the start. Explained what she was going to do, the risks and possible side effects. Treatment went very well. It was good to see photos of the inner ear too, both before and after. Top marks!
