I visited Laura today, as someone who required an urgent appointment, even though she was fully booked Laura kindly gave up her lunch break to fit me in. She went through everything one step at a time and explained it all as we went along and then again to summarise at the end. Laura is a kind, patient and caring person and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

I was aware for quite some time that my hearing had deteriorated, I’d visited other clinics but felt very uneasy with the whole experience. I then found Laura at Cathedral Hearing and the experience was exactly what I expected and wanted.
No hard sell, no long winded explanation full of jargon I didn’t understand, just a caring professional who had my well being at the forefront of my consultation.
Laura made me feel comfortable about what was going on throughout the consultation she explained in great detail how my hearing had been affected and what was needed to correct it.
When the day arrived for my hearing aids to be fitted I was still a little sceptical but I needn’t have been. Laura when through the whole process slowly and calmly making sure I understood everything.
My reason forgetting my hearing sorted out was because I missed the sound of birdsong, now my world is once again filled with the glorious sounds of nature. Thanks Laura it really is amazing

Had an ear infection in my right ear for several weeks. Surgery had prescribed for it and then said it had cleared up. Saw Laura who examined me and she saw it was still infected. She emailed the surgery suggesting that I should see a GP and included pictures of the inside my ears. Returned after outer infection finally cleared and she then cleaned my other ear and confirmed the infection had gone. The wax in my left ear was particularly stubborn, but Laura showed great patience and care to remove it. I would happily recommend Laura to anyone wanting treatment for their ears.

With hearing deteriorating with advancing years I finally decided to bite the bullet and do something about it.
I was dubious about the hearing aid industry and sceptical due to feedback I had received about hearing tests.
After researching the subject and checking out customer reviews I decided to go to Cathedral Hearing.
The consultation was very good and confirmed my views of my hearing issues.
I feel a lot more confident that a solution could be forthcoming, I look forward to trialling equipment at my next visit.
