I have just completed the sale of a property in lichfield with Andrew Downing Booth Estate agents. I have have used other estate agents in the Lichfield area and in the south of the country and I can honestly say Andrew was easily the best I’ve used. It was a particularly complicated sale due to covid19 halting proceedings at a vital time but Andrew kept in touch and was excellent throughout. Can’t recommend this guy high enough, buying or selling speak to him, incredibly professional and a really nice bloke to go with it

We really can't be any more positive about the amazing service, support, advice, responsiveness etc. that we received from Andy and the team. We were lucky to meet Andy when viewing a property he was selling and soon decided to use him ourselves. He sold our house within 2 weeks of listing (we had no viewings from the other agent we were originally using). From then, the support received was excellent, with Andy consistently going the extra mile to ensure we stayed right up to date with the status of the sale. The final week was very stressful, but Andy was always there to support and go beyond what was expecteded. Would recommend without hesitation. Thank you very much!
