Laura was excellent. I’d been having issues with compacted wax for some time. She explained the procedure and very carefully and patiently extracted my issue. Would I visit again? Absolutely, but I hope I don’t need to.

I booked an appointment at Cathedral Hearing for ear wax removal on the basis of the 5-star reviews and excellent comments from previous customers and was so glad that I chose this practice. Laura was meticulous in clearing the wax over two sessions and took great care to make sure that the job was completed fully. Laura allows 1 hour for each appointment which meant there was time to talk about any issues I had been having with my ears, any medical conditions which she might need to consider, and to reassure me about the process itself.
At the end of the second appointment Laura also included an audiology test which proved helpful in identifying possible loss of hearing.
Laura is extremely knowledgeable in her field and explains everything very clearly. She is also a good listener and easy to get along with and I would have no hesitation in recommending her practice.
