Much Thanks and gratitude to the wonderful team at Howell’s Undertakers. We had to say our Goodbyes to our Uncle Wilf yesterday and from start to finish the team were amazing. It was only a small funeral but it was so special. Everything was handled with compassion respect and professionalism. They made a difficult time a little easier for our family. Lichfield crematorium is small but lovely and felt relaxed and private. The extra special little touches were really appreciated. Also Judy the celebrant got Wilf’s life story perfectly. A huge Thanks to you all for giving Wilf the send off he deserved. The Mellor Family

We cannot thank Jonathan, Amy, Abby, and the rest of the team enough for the exceptional care, kindness, and support they showed our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.
From the very first meeting, they treated us with genuine compassion and professionalism, guiding us through every step with patience and understanding. This was something we had never experienced before, but they made what felt like an overwhelming process so much easier to navigate.
Communication was excellent throughout. They kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly to any queries, and no question was ever too much trouble. They always took the time to explain everything clearly, giving us reassurance and confidence that everything was being taken care of.
Their attention to detail, empathy, and willingness to go above and beyond meant so much to our family. They truly made us feel supported, listened to, and cared for during such a heartbreaking time.

Cannot thank johnthan howell and daughters enough ,they went above and beyond to ensure the funeral of my late husband was exactly how I wanted it to be.
Especially Amy who looked after us from day one .Even the hug she gave me on the day of the funeral meant so much.
I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs to arrange a funeral for a loved one.

It is such a sad time when you've lost someone you love but the help, support and professionalism provided by Jonathan and his daughters made a difficult day go as well as it possibly could. Their kindness and compassion shown throughout was exemplified by even small personal touches such as - my dad was a steam train enthusiast and Jonathan and his team organised putting up a wall monitor in the chapel showing a picture of a steam train crossing a viaduct so emotional but so apt and thoughtful - my dad would have loved it. My mum, sister and I wanted to show our appreciation for everything they did for us; we really didn't have to worry about anything - everything was taken care of and it all went incredibly smoothly. We therefore want to say a huge heartfelt thank you to them. We are so glad we chose this company and can't recommend them highly enough.

Every act of extraordinary kindness, and attention to detail, will stay with me for the rest of my life. The Howell Family are utterly exceptional people, and truly made organising my Dad's Funeral as stress free as it possibly could be.
