We have dealt with Nick and PVCu Direct for a number of years, including the installation and fitting of new bedroom and lounge windows in May.
From Nick submitting the quote to Al and Mo fitting the new windows, we couldn't have wished for a better experience. What you are quoted is what you pay, no haggling or pressure to sign now for a better price, you are left in peace to make your decision. Their after sales service is also second to none.
The fitters were great, they were polite, very helpful and respectful and cleaned up when they finished every day, they even re-hung the curtains in one of the bedrooms for us without being asked, so kind and thoughtful of them.
We wouldn't go anywhere else for our doors and windows and an added personal reason for us supporting PVCu Direct is the amazing amount of money that Nick and his team have raised for the Walsall Breast Cancer Self Help Group. An amazing volunteer organisation who support women like myself, who have gone through breast cancer.
We wish Nick and all at PVCu Direct continuing success and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Stella showed such empathy before, during and after my mom's service. She took the time to come to our house to understand the person my mom was and what she meant to her family and friends. The service was exactly what we expected and was a wonderful tribute to my mom. Stella was kind enough to print a copy of the whole service and deliver it to us after the service which is a wonderful memento for us to keep. Stella is a kind, compassionate person and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for some one to guide them through such a difficult time

We found Stella online as we looked for a non-religious but meaningful full tribute to our late mother. Stella was professional showing empathy and taking the time to learn about our Mum, including speaking to friends and family in person and on the phone. At a difficult time when organising and speaking at a funeral can be an immense challenge, we depended on Stella to take charge of the Tribute and service structure. She delivered wonderfully and we'll be forever grateful.
