I honestly can’t thank Helen enough for everything she has done throughout my sale and purchase.
From the very beginning Helen has been professional, supportive and incredibly proactive. This hasn’t been a straightforward transaction, but she has consistently gone above and beyond what I would ever expect from an estate agent. She has made countless phone calls, chased solicitors, spoken to the Land Registry, kept everyone updated and pushed things forward when others seemed to be standing still.
Nothing has ever been too much trouble. She has always kept me informed, responded quickly to my questions and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. Her determination, persistence and willingness to step in and help, even when it wasn’t technically her responsibility, have made an incredibly stressful process so much easier to cope with.

We would one hundred percent recommend you as you dealt with the recent sale of our house. Special thanks go to Helen, Erin and Lily. Nothing was too much trouble for the girls , it was a stressful exchange/ completion all in one day through no fault of our agent or us . The girls were so helpful which can’t be said for our solicitor unfortunately.

I had a great experience from start to finish selling my mother’s house through Andrew Downing-Booth. The staff were helpful and professional at all times and were able to generate lots of interest in the house. Once we had accepted an offer, Lilly did an excellent job in keeping me informed of any issues and delays and making sure that the sale moved along as quickly as possible. I was really impressed by Lilly and the whole team and would thoroughly recommend them.

I have used Andrew and his team for three personal house sales and a personal house purchase as well as regularly using them for property sales in my role as a probate Solicitor. Jon has just completed a great job on our front drive,which is the size for four cars. He was polite and professional and was very clear and precise about the job he would carry out . He deweeded, chemically cleaned and resanded the whole area . Very pleased with the end result and cost. I would highly recommend Jon and his company.
