I'm not an overly religious person, but do love to visit churches of all kinds. Not only for the contents, architecture and history but the wellbeing I get from being close to something unexplained. I have no problem with a donation and will always give something, but when faced with a entrance fee I am immediately deflated and feel these places have become a side show and not a place for spiritual contemplating. Fortunately this is not one of them, you can give what you want or can afford, no pressure applied.

This is a very picturesque Cathedral inside and out. My choir and I had the opportunity to sing in this building for a week. The front with relief is stunning. The Catgedral is worth visiting.

We really loved our morning here - a wide variety of animals from monitor lizards to meerkats to marmoset moneys. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to share information about the animals in their care. Lots of new little buildings and shelters seem to be popping up and the area was generally tidy and clean, with the animals seeming to be well looked after.

My brother and I were fortunate enough to be able to get tickets to watch one of the rugby world cup matches in France this year. The match we are going to see is in Nice on a Wednesday evening. While we are very excited to be going we can only be away for a limited time, my brother gets married this year and have very limited annual leave while I have to be back home by Thursday afternoon to collect my son from nursery.
Therefore researching our options for travel and accommodation had the potential to be a very stressful experience but thankfully I got in touch with Louise and she took this task on for us, looking into flights to Nice from different airports to find a solution that fit with our very narrow window of travel opportunities and was able to arrange flights for us that tick all of the boxes. Louise also managed to arrange accommodation for us that has an easy transfer from the airport and convenient travel links to the station for the match.
I can’t imagine how long it would have taken us to look into these options ourselves and had we done so I still wouldn’t be completely confident everything was as we would need it to be. Louise has taken all of this stress and hassle away from us and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. If I am ever travelling abroad again for an event I will definitely enlist her assistance again, the only thing I might do differently is she if she can also get tickets for the event too!

We have just returned from a holiday of a lifetime to Thailand, which Louise helped us to plan and book. Other travel agents were only offering a two centre package deal, but we approached Louise who helped us to plan a bespoke itinerary, at a very competitive price. Not only did Louise book our chosen destinations, she is also very knowledgeable about the products she is selling, and suggested some alternative places to visit and ideas of trips which we could have included. Louise helped to organise everything, even down to checking us in and choosing our seats on the plane for us, which was really appreciated as it was one less thing to think about prior to departure!
Whilst in the past we have tended to book with larger travel agencies, this time we felt like we weren’t just “one of a number” and that Louise genuinely cared about the service she was providing to her customers. It was also reassuring to know that she would be on hand to provide assistance should it have been needed whilst we were away.
I would definitely use Louise Patrick - Not Just Travel again, and would have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends.
