Where do I begin - having signed up for our sale with Andrew and the team last March 2023, we found a great buyer in June 2023. Viewings were steady and excellent comms from Helen, Grace and Jake. Unfortunately our buyer lost their sale, so we waited for them and in Oct we finally completed after a long wait, securing our dream purchase and sale to a lovely couple. The last few weeks of conveyancing was stressful, however Helen and Grace were on their A game, chasing progress and updates, and keeping us informed.
A progressional service from start to end and we are very grateful for the whole team approach during our sale, totally understand why ADB have won so many awards.

Probably the best Estate agents in Lichfield. Andrew and Helen have been great help.
After dealing with quite a few agents and their shockingly bad service, ADB were a breath of fresh air.
Valuation was spot on, time to sell was spot on, marketing was well prepared and communications were good.
In the end we decided to stay and took our house off the market, but when we do finally look to move, we will be going back to ADB.

I chose Andrew Downing Booth because of their approach to pricing and clear pricing structure. It was clear how much it would cost me, with no hidden extras. They did all the work of taking photos and listing the property online as well as booking and handling all viewings, which was a huge weight off my mind. Their sensible approach to pricing led to an asking price offer within three weeks of going up for sale and we completed 11 weeks later. The team were really helpful with communications with the buyer too and helped things move along with the solicitors.

I absolutely love the ADB team! I have done many property transactions and by far the best team to work with has been this one. I have just completed my 3rd purchase with them and they really go the extra mile to keep you informed and knock down the bureaucracy of property purchases and sales. Big shout to Grace, without her I probably lost my mind on the most recent purchase! I for sure will be using them again! Keep up the great work!
