I cannot thank ADB enough for their incredible service in the transaction of the sale of my house and purchase also with them. Following ADB taking over as agents on my sale when a different company failed to sell for me, Lily Hirons was amazing! We recently brought a house from Andrew Downing Booth and I can honestly say they are a fantastic team. Lily went above and beyond her job with constantly keeping me updated with every step of the way. I would highly recommend Andrew Downing booth to anyone. Lily is a true professional and is extremely passionate. We had some difficulty with our solicitors and if it wasn’t for Lily and Helen who gave clear guidance we wouldn’t have been able to get through it.
