The whole team were amazing - Jane did our valuation and was super enthusiastic about our property, Jake took amazing photos which meant we got lots of interest, and Lilly was fantastic at chasing solicitors and keeping our buyers up to date. We can’t thank Andrew Downing Booth Estate Agents enough for helping us sell our house and find our new family home. From start to finish, the whole experience was super professional. From Jane doing the valuation to Jake taking photos and writing up our house profile . A special mention must go to Grace and her wonderful team – their support, patience, and attention to detail made such a difference throughout the process. Grace was always on hand to answer questions, kept us fully updated, and guided us through every step with kindness and expertise. From the initial valuation to the final completed sale , these guys were excellent. The photographs of our property were first class, as was communication during the process of selling the property. We were kept informed via email and phone calls throughout the whole process, including feedback from potential buyers .
Whilst the property sale did fall through a couple of times , (not the agents fault) which was stressful and disheartening. These guys gave us good advice.
They were easily accessible and quick to take and answer any questions we had.
Whilst this was all done in a very professional manner it was also very friendly and easy going, making the whole process a pleasure.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone selling a property.

We always had the impression that all of the team at Andrew Downing Booth were genuinely interested in making a potentially stressful time as positive and straightforward as possible. During the whole process of valuation (spot on), marketing the property (the photography was superb), selling it (only serious buyers came for viewings) and post sale follow up, including frequent follow up with solicitors, was faultless. The same applied to our purchase. We cannot think of a single occasion when we didn’t receive a call back when promised, so ADB are efficient as well as courteous. All of the staff were excellent, but a special word must go to Erin, who was brilliant throughout.
Everything we had hoped for and lots more…we would absolutely recommend.
