Bev was always calm and helpful when the dates moved again and again, and the team who arrived on the day were phenomenal! Booking our holiday with Louise was easy and hassle free. She is very efficient and our booking confirmation was with us in no time. The hotel we booked later had building work going on and we had to change to another hotel. Louse’s recommendation was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have had a better hotel or holiday.
