Andrew and his team were nothing short of fantastic for me during the sale of my property. Andrew impressed me from the start, I had several viewings and a buyer was found quickly. A special mention must go to Jake. My sale was protracted due to a restrictive lease, Jake effectively project managed the sale for me and kept me fully informed at every stage. The service and communication I received throughout was excellent and I would certainly recommend them.

Andrew Downing Booth have been, hands down, the best agent we've ever worked with. They handled our sale and purchase from start to finish to an exceptional standard and with superb customer service throughout.
From the beginning, Andrew himself came out to value our house and provided great advice and sound judgement in selecting a price to list. The photos and sales brochure created were brilliant and clearly did the trick as it was sold within a few days.
We then continued dealing with them throughout our sale and purchase and Helen and Jake were always on hand to support. They provided timely updates and weren't afraid to get stuck in when required to ensure things went along swiftly.
Our sale and our purchase both had complications (due only to the properties themselves) and they navigated it all brilliantly. When the solicitors in the chain weren't doing what they should, it was ADB's team who picked things up and coordinated to get it moving again.
We were very demanding clients and our impatience to exchange was always met with understanding and every effort to expedite the process.

We completed the sale of our property in Stafford on Friday. ADB were recommended to us and it quickly became obvious why!
Andrew himself gave me some priceless tips on the pitfalls of buying and was always just a phone call away.
Helen, Grace, Jake and the team were fantastic with our sale, taking the keys and doing our viewings while we were out at work.
They sold it within weeks only for our buyer to pull out. ADB were there to pick up our spirits and soon had it sold again for our chosen value.
What really shone through was how much all at ADB cared for us and how clearly invested they are in their clients happiness.
Believe me it is not always like this. Our sellers Estate agent did one viewing, then continually failed to pass on our questions to him. They didn't return his calls and didn't even speak to him on the day of completion!
If we hadn't swapped numbers with our seller, they would have lost the sale for him. In the end they took a massive fee for no effort at all!
His experience was in stark contrast to ours with ADB.
I shall be writing their review next!
