Laura was really nice and reassuring. I felt very comfortable in her professional care and warm approach. A very relaxed experience during the procedures carried out by Laura. Would wholeheartedly recommend Cathedral Hearing and will be back later in the year.

Made appointment for ear wax removal.
Laura explained the process and performed the procedure with no pain or discomfort. This was in contrast to my experience at another clinic.
5 star service. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.
Thank you Laura.

It was a delight to be seen by Laura who patiently explained the process to examine my ears and clear them of excess wax. Then conduct a thorough hearing examination. I have tried Audiologists elsewhere but this was by far the best and most professional experience.

Friendly, professional greeting from receptionist in a welcoming area - seen on time by Laura who fulfilled the hope I had of finding someone who could help solve my hearing problems.
She understood , discussed my situation thoroughly and came up with options, one of which I have gone forward with. The follow up service she offers is so appreciated and I feel content that I can depend on her and her staff to deal with any worries I have with my hearing henceforth.
I recommend her services without hesitation.

1st class service.
Excellent advice and treatment. I put off getting my hearing checked for too long which I regret. The treatment I have since experienced has been excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend. JQ
