Matt is a highly knowledgeable physio who takes a personable approach to his work. I visited him after sustaining a minor shoulder injury - his assessment was very thorough and the recommended recovery exercises were very easy to understand and apply to everyday life. The setup at Meta is also first-class, very impressive for a self-run business. Would highly recommend.

I somehow damaged my chest whilst playing golf and struggled to finish the round. Then overnight it seemed to spread to my neck. It genuinely worried me.
Matt got me in quickly and went through a series of Simple tests. I could straight away tell he knew what he was taking about , and he diagnosed it within 10 mins. He gave me a series of exercises and within a few days it helped. Further sessions built the muscle up and within a few weeks I was back to full fitness.
I’ve had loads of physio over the years after many injuries. Good and bad.
