The Government guidelines are very clear:
"Getting your home onto the market may be more challenging than usual in this period. There should be no visitors to your home.
You can speak to estate agents over the phone and they will be able to give you general advice about the local property market and handle certain matters remotely but they will not be able to start actively marketing your home in the usual manner." *
However it's an ideal time to prepare your home so that it's the best it can be when you are ready to sell it.
But what about if you had already decided to sell and now you're stuck in limbo with an agent who says there isn't anything they can do until lockdown is lifted?
Well you can have a chat with Victoria from EweMove who can give you a valuation and even list your home offering your potential buyers a virtual tour.
Lot's of people are viewing properties at the moment so why can't one of them be yours?
Give Victoria a call today on 01543 401354. You've nothing to lose but lot's to gain.
