I had used Walsh memorials previously and found them to be reliable, professional and compassionate and I was pleased to see that none of that has changed. The quality of the service was without fault and they always took the time to listen and email me when I had questions. The facilities were immaculate and provided a peaceful setting. The staff were always attentive and made a very stressful time in my family’s life a little bit easier knowing they were taking care of everything. Even on the day of the funeral the staff made sure to check we were happy with what was going on and what the next step would be. There was no rushing, and even family and friends commented on how lovely they were. We highly recommend Walsh memorials.

We purchased our daughters memorial headstone from Walshes many years ago. I returned to them as the inscription and forever friends bear had begun to fade.
The service that I received was excellent and the communication was brilliant, keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Each member of staff that I had dealings with were very helpful and I can't fault them.
I was informed when the work was completed and I was sent a picture. Walshes also informed me when the memorial would be refitted at the cemetery. I was really relieved and happy to have it back in place and I was very impressed with what they had done. The artists had done a wonderful job on the inscription and picture. The headstone and statues were cleaned and the statues looked new again.
I went to Walshes again soon after for my Uncle's memorial plaque. I was seen this time at the Great Wyrley branch. Megan was very helpful in helping me to choose what I wanted and I received the same excellent service as before. Again I received a picture of the completed work and I was notified when it would be placed in the cemetery.
I would recommend Walshes for their excellent and trusted service.

We were extremely upset to find the large and very heavy headstone at our grandparents grave in Harborne Parish Churchyard had fallen, also causing damage to the grave itself. I contacted Walshmemorials and was extremely happy with the service received from both Lisa and Megan. They contacted the church office and arranged the permit for the restoration work to be carried out and we were kept informed throughout the restoration. The workmanship that has gone into this restoration was exceptional and surpassed our expectations for this very old grave. I would, without hesitation, recommend Walsh Restorations. A lovely family company to deal with.

From the first phone call I was put at ease ,the lovely men who came to collect dave were so thoughtful and kind ,dave wanted a simple cremation, I was a little unsure what to expect, when I met Marie I realised that I would get the same care and compassion as we had always had with our other family members , she took the time to explain everything to me ,how dave would make his final journey, how he would have our song playing as they walked him in ,and I felt so relieved, I really couldn't have received a better service, this is exactly what his wishes were ,thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I received a first class service from start to completion, from staff that genuinely care. Communication was brilliant and when I visited them, I came out feeling like a load had been lifted from my shoulders, I knew I was in safe hands. The craftsmanship on the headstone was outstanding and was carried out exactly as I requested. An honest, genuine, caring company, I am so glad I chose them.

I picked Walsh’s to do my grandads funeral and the service from the ladies here from start to finish was fantastic wana say a massive thankyou to Millie and the team for assisting me every step of the way from start to finish and after to for all the help and support i want to say a massive thankyou would highly recommended these

Excellent customer service from Walshes in Bloxwich. We asked them to provide the engraving for Mom on our existing memorial and to reguild Dad's lettering and pattern which they had originally done for us seven years previously. Nothing was too much trouble. We were dealt with sensitively and respectfully and kept informed every step of the way. The "new" memorial looks lovely. Many thanks to Millie, Jess and all involved.

Cannot thank the staff at Walsh Funeral's enough for all their support and kindness when organising my father in law's funeral. From the minute I called them to let them know of his passing they were helpful, advised me of the process & assisted with the next steps. As soon as they were given the go ahead from registry service's they collected him into their care within a few hours which was a great relief to us all knowing he was with them. The chapel of rest was organised perfectly to pay our respects and as some family members wanted to view and others didn't Megan and Rainer was on hand to close the coffin and ensure we all got time to pay our respects in a way which suited our needs.
The day of the funeral itself was beyond our expectations and the small touches Walsh Funeral's provided will be remembered forever.
I'd recommend them to anybody, a family run business that truly cares and it shows through their work. Thank you all so much.

The ladies at the west bromwich branch were amazing. They truly felt like friends and there support was incredible. Every step of the process was smooth and peacefully organised(no matter how many times I kept changing things !). They held me up at a very difficult time and organised a beautiful service.I couldn't have got through it without them . Compassionate, professional and a wonderful team. Thank you so much xx

Walsh Memorials arranged for my Mum’s headstone back in 2006 and when my Dad passed away last year I got back in touch to help with adding his name to the existing headstone - they were very friendly and helpful during a difficult time and I am really happy with the new memorial

First of all I would like to give a big thank you to Walsh funeral & Memorials for all they did for our family at a bad time. They took great care of my mom Judith Marie Welburn who sadly passed away on the 7th March 2025. I was lost I didn't know or even wanted to do a funeral but when it came to it all the employees that I spoke with was very helpful and understanding and let me take my time. I was really worried about paying for the funeral but Walsh funerals & Memorials have given me time to pay the remainder slowly. We had previously dealt with Walsh’s on the loss of my father 7 years ago , the experience from start to finish was seamless and exceptional ; therefore we had no hesitation to return to this Superb , local company when we lost our Mom.
From the moment we made the weekend call to inform them that Mom had died peacefully at home we were treated with the upmost dignity and respect , the men who arrived to collect Mom were kind , compassionate and caring .
On our arrival at the Funeral Directors we were welcomed into a lovely , peaceful area by Tracey , we instantly recognised her from our previous dealings with the company and she is a truly wonderful , kind and supportive lady ; one of a kind !
She organised everything from start to finish offering her advice , her time and her genuine understanding and care . Her Communication was excellent and ongoing without it being intrusive .
Tracey and her team arrived on the day of the funeral looking very smart and displaying exceptional acts of respect ; Tracey herself walking in front of the hearse on their arrival and on leaving Moms home , such a heartfelt gesture .
The Celebrant ,( also called Tracey )who conducted Moms Service was also absolutely superb , everyone commented on how she spoke and the content of her speech ; almost as though she had known Mom herself , truly wonderful!
We cannot express our gratitude enough to Tracey and all the team at Walsh’s ; we would highly recommend their services to others.

After 30 years it was looking forlorn and all of the lettering was faded and unreadable, those 30 years had certainly taken its toll.
Walsh’s removed the memorial took it back to their workshop and gave it a brand new look and replaced it back into St John’s Churchyard in Walsall Wood.
Everything was dealt with sympathetically and kindness, I can’t thank them enough.

From all of the planning of dads funeral and seeing dad at the chapel of rest , to the funeral itself which was absolutely beautiful , the horse drawn carriage and dove release were such beautiful touches to dads day , everything went smoothly and our family was supported throughout this process , Thankyou for the highest standard of service from start to finish , would highly recommend Walsh funerals & memorials .
