My pup had her first visit to Ruff to Regal this afternoon after an unsuccessful and disappointing visit to Pets and Friends in Lichfield. They took the time to talk to me about my dog, spoke through any concerns I had, explained about her coat and reassured me that she was in good hands. Mabel looks and smells amazing and was very bouncy after getting her home rather than being subdued and depressed after her last groom. I have booked my next appointment and can definitely recommend.

Could not recommend enough! Lizzie made teddy and myself feel at ease straight away and it is easily by far the best groom teddy has ever had. Thank you, amazing job 😊

I can't recommend Liz highly enough. Very knowledgeable, professional, and kind she treats each dog as an individual and makes sure their grooming experience is a positive one and they come out looking (and smelling) fabulous!

Highly recommend!!! This has been so stressful finding a groomer who actually cares! My old lady who has been attacked at her last groomers has been so anxious and scared to be groomed again until I found Lizzie at Ruff to Regal. Lizzie was so kind caring and gentle we sat in the lovely waiting area had a coffee and relaxed. She works one to one with clients so no other dogs around. I popped my head around a few times and our girl was so calm relaxed and even was having cuddles and kisses with Lizzie. This girl really loves her job and has a passion for her work. It was the best cut we have ever had and there was no issues at all. We enjoyed the whole experience and so did our girl! We have booked for rest of year and even booked to have her teeth sorted next time!

Easy to be booked in for my dog grooming appointment. The lady that runs it is a lovely lady explains along the way of my dog being groomed a fabulous experience.
My dog actually loved it in the end I would recommend her anytime and she certainly wants to help she is just awsome.

I was very apprehensive taking my dog to another groomer due to having issues with his behaviour elsewhere. What I did love was the meet and greet, the salon was clean, the way Elizabeth was with my nervous dog. We were made to feel at home with a coffee and my dog ran around the salon and even had treats. We booked the groom the same week due to the fact my mind was put at ease with Elizabeth. The way she interacted with my boy I felt like she had known him years. I decided to leave even though I was offered to wait in waiting area. I wasn’t expecting a perfect groom….. but wow! He not only looked his best he was so happy and content playing with toys as I walked in and he smelt incredible and so soft. Her expertises on his breeding and advice was so comforting! I have recommended to all friends and family and will be returning regular. This is a 5* grooming establishment with a lady who oozes passion and care to the animals. This was extremely refreshing to see how content my dog felt in the salon. Highly recommend!!!!

Lizzie is a caring and experienced dog groomer. She's been grooming my long haired dachshunds for a number of years at various salons. She's a trusting and committed dog lover. Just attended the opening of her very own salon in Rugeley. Great set up. I've already booked my puppy dachshund in . I know she'll do very well there. Good luck, Lizzie. 🐾🐾 Further to the above I've just picked up my puppy mini long haired dachshund having experienced his first Spa date in Lizzie's new venue. He looks stunning. Very shiny coat and expertly trimmed to breed standard. He was very relaxed when I picked him up. Already booked in for a future appt. Lizzie offers a very personal approach. One dog at a time in the salon ensuring all her time is spent solely with your dog. If you arrive early there is a comfortable waiting area with refreshments available if you wish to partake. Highly recommend her.
