I recently took my car to Martin for some advice due to an internal light not working, Martin managed to fit me in last minute and ran diagnostics, Martin fully explained the results, there was a problem, which would be quite costly to fix, Martin did not push me to have the work done and advised me to see how I go. I would definitely use again.

Had major electrical issues,Martin had my car on several occasions, eventually diagnosed the problems & corrected them, brilliant service, on the last occasion he reimbursed me any previous bills I had paid, wouldn't take my car anywhere else, over the moon many thanks for your perseverance

Fantastic quick, honest and fair customer service. Contacted on Friday afternoon after hybrid warning light came on. They were able to book me in for Saturday morning. They ran various tests and checked batteries etc but could not find anything wrong and seemed to be a glitch. Contacted me throughout the morning to keep me informed and then asked for no charge when I collected my car as there was nothing to fix. Will definitely contact again if I encounter any further issues.

Amazing service! Fast and Even £200 cheaper than quoted when I picked the car up as part was cheaper than expected, could of pocked the difference without me knowing but didn't.

I took my Fiat Doblo Van in for a diagnostic today, and Martin quickly found and fixed the issue. After taking it to three different places with no luck, it’s finally running smoothly again. Amazing service, great value for money, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Booked my van in with Pearsons after having a couple of other so called auto experts fail to repair the issue. Wasn't an option to take to main dealer as I had been told it could cost a couple of grand to sort. Martin had my van repaired within a couple of hours and all done for a mere fraction of the cost others were quoting. Great service and pretty good from someone who's supposed to be a Shyster.

This place is so fair and honest. They looked at my son's car and realised that the heated rear screen was damaged. This is not something they do but gave me advise on how to fix it myself.
When we got there my wife had a puncture. They gave me the tools to replace the wheel as mine were no good.
There was no charge for their time and trouble. They were nice people (even offered me a mince pie. I tried to insist on paying for their time but he was clear and said he didn't feel right taking payment. I told the gentleman that I would do a review but I am ashamed to say I forgot as we had a family emergency later that day.

I've used Pearsons Auto Electrics 2 or 3 times now. They sorted and diagnosed my alternator problem. Hard wired my dahscam. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would happily recommend them. They know what they are talking about and say it like it is, which I find very refreshing

Brought my Vauxhall to Pearsons this morning after been quoted nearly £1000 at another garage.
Vehicle was with them for 2 hours and it was fixed and cost less than £200, very knowledgeable and great customer service, would definitely recommend and will use again in the future

After my Mondeo died, Ford couldn't repair my vehicle for 5 months due to ordering a back part and then I was recommended to Mart. He replaced my fuel injector and replaced the ECU unit, reprogrammed it, all in a week. I can't thank him enough, he's honest, keeps you updated on progress and a truly genuine chap, highly recommend 👌

These guys are hardworking and genuinely care about what they do. We had a reprogram issue with our work van, and they got us out of a real pickle. They only use the best, genuine software, and you honestly can’t fault them. The issue was sorted completely and professionally — proper honest, reliable lads who know their stuff. Pearson Auto in Hednesford are excellent. Martin found the fault in the electrics on my Mini in 5 minutes and put it right I now have a working fog light. A simply job and Halfords couldn’t do it !! Martin didn’t even charge me. Thank you Martin and your lovely wife for the friendly service and the welcome cup of tea. Your number is now in my phone for future reference.

GO HERE! This is by far the most incredible and kind services and electrical fault team I have ever met. I had the most horrific time as the clock and brake lights went on my fiat 500. I thought I'd be spending a few grand on it, and I'd only had the car a few months. They stayed after hours on a Friday night to help me and they bloody fixed it. They deserve the world and you must go to them!!
