Like many other reviewers I found my experience with NPES, from first enquiry to final retrofit installation of battery storage and new hybrid inverter to a 10 year old Solar PV system, was excellent.
Matthew and Cory, the surveyors and fitters, were careful and tidy. Considering the record high temperatures, and a few hitches (always to be expected), which were dealt with very professionally there wasn't a trace of any bad language at all.
I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone who needs any work done in the renewable energy field.

We had an emergency situation where our existing panels were damaged in a recent storm. NPES came out quickly to secure the panels and were then able to reinstall them on a flat roof. The original incident had occurred due to another company not securing the panels appropriately. NPES were able to provide a written support which helped me make a successful claim for the work too. Great help and services all round.

The customer service, workmanship and professionalism from start to finish was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble - I asked a lot of questions during the pre-installation phase and Jon and the team did everything they could to specify a solar + storage system that would work for me within the budget that I had. They have also been very responsive throughout.
The installers worked very efficiently, were very accommodating of the fact that I was working from home and nothing was too much trouble. They also kept me in the loop on progress, explained what they were doing and why, and answered any questions I had along the way.
I am very pleased with my system - I have been off grid since installation and everything is working perfectly.
Scaffolders also turned up to erect and dismantle the scaffold on time, showing that they have great management of sub-contractors too.
I would certainly recommend NPES Solar to anyone looking to install a solar system.

A couple of months ago, Jon, Gary and the team installed our solar system. Their professionalism, quality and attention to detail were impeccable throughout. They were also very accommodating to a few last minute changes in requirements, including installing bird protection and off grid capability. We now have a top quality system, thanks to which we've used almost no grid electricity since installation. I would thoroughly recommend NPES Solar, they're a genuine hard working team of friendly professionals, delivering the best quality.

Great team at NPES, polite with a wide knowledge of different solar options. I appreciated working with the technical guys right from the first site visit and they have been quick to answer any questions. Our property has a complicated older terraced house layout but they worked really hard to find the least intrusive cable runs and a neat system installation under the 1st floor stairs. Very happy with the amount of power generated and especially with the battery storage meaning we can use solar power in the evening too. Wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.

Two years on from having 10 panels plus battery installed by NPES so time to write a review… From the moment the NPES team came round to measure up for a quote, they were so much better than their competitors. They wanted to find a solution to suit us (our situation was complicated) and went to considerable lengths to find it. The people who measured up were also the fitters so when they turned up to install it, we got exactly what we’d agreed in the quote. After two years we have generated more energy than we have used from the grid and couldn’t be more satisfied with product, quality of work and thought put in to our installation 👍😁

We would highly recommend NPES Solar for the quality of their work,, for the way they co-ordinated with the roofing contractor T&L Roofline, for the professionalism of the team, for their integrity and for the way they have responded to us as customers, before during and after the job was completed.
Our solar installation had to be removed and replaced as we needed a new roof. In looking around at companies on the SolarEdge list, we were most impressed with NPES Solar and contracted with them to do what was needed.
We knew we had some problems with the original installation, and Gary and the team identified some major issues, which they sorted out when they reinstalled the panels and reconfigured the management system.
They also carefully explained what was needed as they sorted it all out. Overall we could not recommend them highly enough. Great work NPES Solar.

NPES Solar are a great company. I picked them to supply my solar panel and battery system because they gave me by far the best detailed and most professional quotation. They installed the system in a very professional way. There was such a great feeling of good humoured teamwork that it was a pleasure to have them in the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody and will be using them again myself.

I messaged NPESolar on Tuesday evening, after noticing that my original inverter had failed (just over 10 years so not bad), Jon emailed me a very reasonable quote on Wednesday morning and managed to squeeze my installation in on Friday. Matt and Josh arrived a couple of minutes early, were very polite and professional, and had the job done in just over an hour. So far I am very happy with my Sofar inverter and definitely recommend giving NPESolar consideration if you need a replacement inverter (and I don't generally do recommendations). 👍👍👍

I can't recommend this company enough. From beginning to end they could not have been more helpful. From the initial quotation where they have me different install packages and options with the recommendations running through and explaining the tech. I chose them not because by far they were the cheapest, they were highly recommended. The guys that came out to fit were very knowledgeable, professional and tidy. On completion of the work they gave me a run through of everything, making sure I understood it. I can't fault them.

Since installation in June'21 the equipment has provided me with solar subsidised power which in view of the cost of electricity, & indeed the forthcoming cost increases, will give a substantial payback on the initial investment

Professional Service, from Design to Installation. NPES (Jon and the team) couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy with the system and installation, even when our local Scaffolding company let them down, they took it all in stride and delivered the system and battery commissioned when they said they would.
I would highly recommend anyone look at using these guys they are 5 Star!

Recently had a 2kW pv solar system installed at my property by NPES Solar. Cannot recommend the company enough for their level of expertise, knowledge and professionalism. On installation day disturbance was kept to a minimum and was quicker and more hassle free than I had expected! Overall a good, honest company who know their stuff and keep the sales patter to a minimum (the fitters come out to do the property assessment, not a sales guy). Honestly cannot recommend them enough.
