I contacted Ricky of Locksmith Frith mid-morning about a faulty locking mechanism on my UPVC door (a faulty gearbox to be exact). He was out on another job at the time and said he could get to me at 2:30. He managed to get to me about an hour earlier than anticipated and by mid-afternoon I had a shiny new mechanism on my door for a very reasonable price.
Ricky was very pleasant, very efficient, and tidied up after himself. He was Covid safe, wearing a mask at all times and wiping everything down with disinfectant when he finished. Next time I need a locksmith (and I'm hoping it won't be anytime soon of course) then Locksmith Frith will be the first number I call.
I am one happy customer, and very happy to recommend Locksmith Frith to anyone in need of a locksmith.

Very efficient service, called on a weekend and explained the issue, talked me through some options to help with the situation. A new mechanism was needed so ricky told me he ordered the parts and within a few days he was around fixing the problem. Very professional and he resolved the problem in no time. Door has never been so easy to open and lock. Would highly recommen.

No emergency, but from making first contact based on reviews and locality at 15:54 today - the job was agreed and sorted on his way back from visiting a supplier by 17:30 the same day. Covid precautions in play and he was a thoroughly decent chap - would definitely use again without hesitation.

Completed a temporary fix during call out so I had a usable (safe) front door and came back to install a new mechanism exactly as promised. Reliable, efficient and friendly service at a very good price. Very happy and would highly recommend! :-)

Ricky replaced 2 broken window hinges for us.
He only replaced the ones we asked for with no attempt to hard sell replacement parts for all of the windows like other companies had done. The parts arrived broken but Ricky had them exchanged and fitted within no time at all. Such a friendly professional guy will definitely be using again. 100% recommend.
