Huge thanks to Eddie and Karen who are both very professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them, in my experience. Having booked a power flush for some stubbornly cold radiators, so that my house could be put on the market, there was still some residual resistance from one of the rads. Eddie came round again and repeated the previous power flush procedure with great good humour, leaving everything clean and tidy and one very happy customer. Thankyou again Eddie.....for a job well done. Very much appreciated!

We were introduced to ECA a few years ago when we had a new boiler and some radiators replaced. We were very impressed with Eddie's workmanship and professional approach to his work; his attention to detail and respect for the home is second to none. Since then we have continued to use ECA to service our boiler and other gas appliances; ECA are always prompt, reliable and very friendly. We have recently had ECA to install a new bathroom and the service we have received from Karen and Eddie has been excellent, we couldn't have asked for a better service. Karen researched so many products for us, so that we achieved the fantastic bathroom that we ended up with. Eddie installed a truly wonderful bathroom that we are very pleased with; his usual professional workmanship shone through. When our central heating stopped working at Easter due to problems with blocked pipes, old radiators and a very old boiler, I was fortunate to be introduced to ECA who were working at one of my neighbours.
We liked Eddie straight away and quickly gained confidence that ECA were the company for us. Consequently ECA have recently installed a new central heating system in our home which involved a new boiler, radiators, removing the old microbore pipework and installing new pipework. Thank you Eddie and Adam.

We can't praise them enough for their high standard of workmanship, attention to detail and everything happened when they said it would. The installation went smoothly (II think Eddie really has seen it all when it comes to damaged pipes) and they treated our home with great respect, leaving it nice and clean.

Over several years they have done a number of small jobs which have been performed thoroughly, quickly and cheerfully. Last year they installed a new boiler, work which involved clearing away the not very accessible old system, all done brilliantly and with excellent follow up service.
