Such a lovely place to visit and for a brilliant price. Staff were lovely and welcoming and you could tell the animals are well looked after. My son especially enjoyed holding different creatures & bugs as he is bug mad 🐸🐭🐰🐷 thank you we will be returning. 😃

First visit today and we had a fab time. 💕 Loved feeding the animals and Nat had great fun playing on the air pillow with some new friends he made. Little snack and drink from the cafe, sat in the glorious sunshine. Staff super friendly and chatty.

Me and my son had a fab time doing an alpaca walk with Libby on Monday. The alpacas were really lovely and we learnt loads from Libby! Would definitely go back to explore more and do different activities as everyone was lovely 😊 thank you!

The BEST breakfast food ever, and for a reasonable price too! Friendly happy staff, helpful, clean tables, food tastes great, cooked well, sausages are amazing, eggs are not rubbery, and their toast is proper toast with proper butter- all over it not just scraped on the middle! I highly recommend eating in here and having the Belly Buster Breakfast if you can fit it in!

just want to say a huge thankyou to the girls at Burntwood Alpaca for giving me a wonderful birthday today by letting me meet the wonderful unicorn and shetlands and walking and feeding the alpacas! :-) will definately be visiting again

We have had the most wonderful afternoon walking the Alpaca's and meeting and holding all the other animals. The staff were absolutely amazing and so informative! And a huge shout out to their young volunteer Jack, he was awesome! Thanks guys we've had a fantastic day and will definitely be back soon!

Had a fab day at the Jurassic dinosaur meet Pete the t-Rex day my girls loved it. They really enjoyed the sand and bouncy pillow . Would recommend 100%

we have had an amazing afternoon visiting the farm and meeting Pete the dinosaur and his friends , so so pleased with our experience today the animals are so well looked after and the staff are amazing and friendly defiantly will be visiting again.

Visited today for an afternoon tea for 2. Very easy to book online and catered for our needs! Staff were lovely and accommodating. A variety of sandwiches, pastries and cakes. All fresh and delicious! Definitely went above and beyond with the service! Would highly recommend and will be visiting again! Especially want to say a massive Thankyou to Emma for such a positive experience!

Sooo disappointed. Called, placed order told it would be 45 min. No problem. Got there early, paid, grabbed a coffee and waited. Couldn’t find my order, but hey it happens. I know it’s worth the wait. An hour went by, asked to check on order, told it’s on its way. Got order, checked bag all looked good. Bags labels correct. Always worth the wait. 👍🏻<br>Got home opened bags. Nothing like what I ordered!! So so so disappointed. Paid for more got less. Check orders before leaving to avoid disappointment. And by check I mean open your bags and give it a visual check 😭

We've been to the peppa pig day and the Disney day here and had a lovely time at both all the staff are friendly and helpful and very good with the kids. A relaxed environment where kids can explore and enjoy themselves and feed and meet lots of different animals.

we went to the Disney day today. the whole experience was lovely. the farm and animals are clean and tidy. a good selection of animals to see. lots of toys for the little ones to use, lots of up.close opportunities for us to see and stroke the animals too. we finished off with a cake in the restaurant. what made it really special were all the staff so friendly and lovely. they made us very welcome will definitely be going back.

We cannot thank you guys enough!! We had the best time ever on your farm experience! Summer and Jacob were fantastic hosts, both full of enthusiasm and knowledge. The children absolutely loved feeding and walking the animals, even catching some chickens!!

Wow what can I say, we attended the Mickey and friends event today and me and my son (2 years) were in tears of joy, all of the staff were absolutely wonderful (especially peter pan and snow white who went out of their way to make ny son feel special). Mickey and his friends were amazing and we had the best time but that aside I was blown away at how good the farm was too, so many different animals, really well looked after and we got the chance to pet most of them too, absolutely amazing place, recommend completely

first appearance very clean .animals well looked after and all named .staff were wonderful with all familys .taking there time to spot us looking round and offersd to get small animals out for children to pet and hold .had a lovely fee hours . will be going back 🥰🥰🥰

Changed the place around, now an alpaca and animal farm experience, have a small farm shop and a cafe that does breakfasts. Lovely surroundings. Plenty of parking available, friendly helpful staff, wheelchair accessible to all parts.
