I have used Birway for a number of years now, so I booked my car in to have 4 new brake discs and brake pads, James called to say I was wasting my money even though they had ordered the parts in , he recommended just changing the rear pads as all discs and front pads had plenty of life in them, if id have taken my car to the "main stealers" i'm pretty certain they would have replaced everything. Cannot thank James and the team enough, would thoroughly recommend Birway

We get the work vehicle's maintained here... Very good at what they do... Large business able to cope with fleet services.
I don't pay the bills but they work on set prices for a lot of the services they offer so best get an estimate if your un sure

From the 1st phone call to picking up my car were fully professional and extremely helpful.
I had drove 8 hour to the Midlands to find my alternator had stopped working and I needed to get it sorted
ASAP for driving another long journey back.
Without hesitation they got me in and back on the road within a day.
Thank you for helping me at sort short notice much appreciated.
