Two years ago I purchased a C class Mercedes. I have always loved Mercedes cars, but found, when they go wrong, parts & labour can be expensive. A friend told me about Mark at ACMS & I took my car to Mark when it had a few minor problems. I was very surprised at the price & the level of service. I don't usually bother writing reviews, but on this occasion, I feel Mark & his team deserve the full recognition for the very friendly, affordable, reliable service. Mark has looked after my car for 2 years, MOT, Service etc. & I feel confident that I will keep my car & purchase Mercedes in the future. I strongly recommend ACMS to all Mercedes drivers. No Fuss, No Nonsense & You will save money !

I looked all over the internet and often the closest place isn't the best but wow mark and the team at ACMS made me re-think that idea. I have come across the mercedes specialist that cares the one that goes that extra mile the one that tells you how it is without blinding you with science. in a nutshell if you go anywhere else with your mercedes you must be crazy or related to the garage owner. i will be back and would not hesitate to recommend marc and the team to friends (indeed i have sent two guys his way since i became a now loyal customer). in short "FORGETTE THE REST VISIT THE BEST, ACMS MERCEDES"

Firstly, I very rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so on this occasion. I happened to find ACMS through this site but was naturally hesitant in using 'another independent Merc specialist'. It's only because that I've tried various so-called 'specialists' (including Mercedes dealers) over the years but always ended up with either being dissatisfied with the work carried out or feeling that I was being 'ripped-off (or both)! I will now, almost certainly, not be looking elsewhere because, quite simply put, Marc is amongst the best in this field.There are 3 apt words which describes Marc (& his family-run business): TRUSTWORTHY, FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGEABLE. He will take time to explain the faults encountered, the urgency of replacing parts &, if he can't help you in certain areas e.g tracking, tyre replacements etc, he will then accordingly direct you to a reliable, trusted & cost effective retailer -he gives a genuine impression that he cares for your car. I am so glad that I have found the 'holy grail' in Merc Mechanics :-). Summary: Don't bother with trying to shop around to save a few bob here & there with timewasters when you've got amongst the best in the business on your doorstep. I look forward to taking my Merc (AND my wife's Merc) to Marc in future with the utmost confidence.

Found Mark by accident which turned out to be lucky very personable guy who knows Mercedes Intimately, will never step near a main dealer again,and can fully recommend him to anyone

I had my Mercedes serviced by Marc and he truely is very experienced and honest. He explains everything to you clearly and his workshop is immaculate. I would recommend Marc to anyone looking for excellent service on their car. Very honest and reliable Mercedes Specialist. Keep up the excellent work !!
