First time that I have used ACMS and I travelled from Bromsgrove to do so based upon the reviews - I am very pleased with the communication ( v. important I feel) and the exemplary level of service at a reasonable cost-the problem with my E320 has finally been resolved where two other Mercedes " specialists" failed to diagnose the problem correctly - Mark also honoured the quote that he originally gave even though he found more problems that he not have possibly known were present and other garages would have charged extra to resolve. Highly recommended.!!

Mark is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel completely at ease. If only all garages could be even half as good as ACMS then the world would be a better place. I'll be taking my Mercedes there for any future servicing and highly recommend you try them out. You will not be disappointed.
