I was referred to ACMS by another member of the Mercedes Owners Club and following my experience I would be happy to recommend them without hesitation - Mark was able to identify and resolve a problem that two other garages (including a Mercedes main dealer) were unable to fix, which is a testament to his knowledge of the marque. It's also refreshing to deal with people who are courteous and respectful. I'm very pleased to have my pride and joy running well again and despite living 20 miles away, will be returning to ACMS in future for my service work.

Took my sl here after reading all the good reviews about it,this is my first merc and my pride and joy,so wanted to know it was in good hands ,it was in to have some of the roof seals replaced,mark and his guys did a fantastic job ,he really knows his stuff ,I won't take it any were else now ,he goes though ever think with you..he even rang me to update me how it was going,really put my mind at rest,he treats your car like it was his own,so take ya car to him you will be glad you did,

Breakdown company attended my car as it wouldn't start, they got car started but couldn't fathom out cause for battery drain. Spoke to Rachel at ACMS booked car in to be checked out. Mark and his team quickly who identified the problem and the bill didn't cause me to pass out. Thanks again for excellent service.

ACMS Mercedes ltd is the best I am not afraid to say they are better than original service of Mercedes much cheaper and more friendly..!! fully professional attitude tons of experience , they love Mercedes cars and that you can tell..:) Highly recommended:) Superb family business !! Brilliant service. Great mercedes specialitst. I was having issues with my current garage who kept guessing the issue. I travelled to walsall from birmingham and within ten minutes the problem was diagnosed using the star mercedes system. Car driving like new again. Will always use in the future top service great welcome from receptionist Racheal who helped with my warranty. 5 star
