Highly recommend this garage. They have always looked after me and my car when it comes to MOT, Service and general repairs and diagnostic checks. Prices are reasonable and in my opinion they are trusted and do not recommend unnecessary work to make money. They are integral and will rather give fair advice to help the customer save money. I wanted to say a big thank you to Rachel and the team for your professional and dedicated service !!

If you have a merc and need a top team to keep it on the road, ACMS in Walsall is definitely worth a shout. They sorted the suspension on my E Class at very reasonable cost when other so called specialists couldn’t even find the fault. Top marks to ACMS and thanks 👍

What can I say about ACMS Mercedes other than they go above and beyond customer service, my C300 is being detailed and ceramic coated this Thursday via a mobile service as my son is using my car for a wedding in Scotland. To make sure the car was in top condition as it was due a service in about 4 weeks I rang to see if they could fit me in short notice to get it done before he went. No hesitation from the lady I spoke to on reception she booked me in Fri just gone 27th sept. As I had my car serviced last year by ACMS I knew it going to be a job well done. After my plight about my son's trip they not only serviced the car but went over it with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was in top condition letting me know it was good to go and for my son to enjoy the wedding. 2 years in a row I've had my car looked after and serviced there and couldn't thank them enough for their professionalism, courteous, with great pricing and workmanship. See you again soon ACMS many thanks again 👌

Just had my MOT done. Brilliant friendly service. Also had a problem with my drivers door hinges. The mechanic tightened them free of charge. You can’t get better than that. I’ll definitely be back.

I was very impressed with ACMS, from my initial contact with their friendly efficient communications to booking the car in, ACMS being located just 5min walk from Walsall station at the bottom of the road, being updating of any possible extras which were fitted at no extra labour charge, the comprehensive paper and online service logs, through to collecting the car and explanation of the work. I was impressed by the knowledge from the lady at reception and her courtesy throughout - So pleased I’ve found a good independent Benz specialist, reasonably priced. I’d be happy to recommend them.
