Examples of Redrow’s Heritage Collection homes at Bridgewater View, in Mosley Common

HOMEOWNERS looking to climb the property ladder are invited to Redrow’s Help to Sell event at the Bridgewater View development near Mosley Common, Manchester, on Sunday 21st July.

Redrow’s sales team will be on the site between 11am and 4pm, to explain how Redrow’s Help to Sell scheme can support current homeowners with selling their old home before moving into a brand new Redrow home.

Redrow’s sales manager Lesley Myers said: “Help to Sell is such an easy and fast way for people to move on up the housing ladder, so we want to make sure everyone knows about it. Not only is it a quick process, taking care of much of the ‘red tape’ of selling an existing property, but it also saves you money – as Redrow will cover some or all of your estate agent fees.

“At the event on Sunday, experts will be on hand to explain how this incentive can make the moving process simple, smoother and stress-free. Visitors will also have the opportunity to see inside some of the superb new homes that are being snapped up at speed at this superb development.”

Bridgewater View has proved to be a huge hit with homebuyers around Greater Manchester over the last couple of years.

Just nine miles from the city centre, and within easy reach of the extensive North West motorway network, the development is located in one of Greater Manchester’s most up and coming locations.

As well as being perfect for commuters, Bridgewater View also makes a superb base for families, with everything from outstanding schools to indoor skiing within easy reach.

Its range of three and four-bedroom homes are from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection, which boast traditional, craftsmanship exteriors, inspired by the Arts & Crafts period of the 1930s, as well as bright and spacious, modern interiors.

At the Help to Sell event on Sunday, two stunning show homes will provide an opportunity for attendees to explore life inside this unique development.

The first of these properties is a four-bedroom detached Stratford design, which includes a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area and separate lounge. Upstairs comprises three generously sized bedrooms including master with en-suite.

The second show home is an Oxford design, which is larger and boasts four double bedrooms and an integral garage. At Bridgewater View, prices for Oxford style homes start from £341,495.

Overall current prices are from £302,995 for a four-bedroom detached Shrewsbury, with more three-bedroom homes coming soon.

Join Redrow for its Help to Sell event this Sunday (July 21) or, to find out more about the homes, availability and prices, go or call 01942 447174.
