From Monday 28th September, foodies can enjoy dishes from Ka Bao, Shoot the Bull, Spuds ‘n’ Bros, Tikks Thai Kitchen and El Piloto.

New to Trinity Kitchen is El Piloto, specialising in Mexican street food with fiery tacos, melt-in-the-mouth quesadillas and loaded fries. Serving up tacos packed with juicy and tender meat, which is halal, topped with the choice of pickled onion, hot sauce, crispy shallots and more, El Piloto is a great choice any day of the week.

Next in line is Shoot the Bull, an award-winning American steakhouse based in Yorkshire, bringing classic American burgers with a wagyu beef patty topped with cheese, fresh salad brought together in a warm toasted bun. The menu also includes options for gluten-free and dairy-free diets.

Take a bao with Ka Bao, expanding tastebuds with their popular bao buns and gyozas. Diners can choose from a range of fillings, as well as a signature flavour including spicy Siracha, Korean BBQ or crispy fried tofu – or go for the vegetable gyozas with a delicious dipping sauce, topped with fresh crunchy garnishes.

Foodie favourite Spuds ‘n’ Bros returns with their classic Canadian poutine, indulging guests with warm fries smothered in homemade gravy and topped with a choice of chicken, crispy onions or even cranberry sauce.

Also returning is Tikks Thai Kitchen, uniting food fans with its authentic Thai flavours following family recipes. From aromatic coconut curries to Thai fried chicken, there’s plenty on offer from this East-Asian vendor.

And to wash it all down, Northen Monk’s Trinity Tap has a range of handcrafted beers, high-end wines, coffees and alcohol-free drinks available, giving more choice for guests at Trinity Kitchen. Alongside their popular drinks, they’ll also be serving warm pies and pizza, making it the perfect pit-stop whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or staying for longer.

As always, we pride ourselves on offering an exciting range of cuisines, bold flavours and a place where people can sit down and enjoy their favourite meals or even discover something new.”

The new street food vendors will be available at Trinity Kitchen from Monday 28th September until Sunday, 22nd November, alongside permanent eateries including Archie's, Rola Wala, Thatziki and Jerk Junction.
