Vicki is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants [CIMA] and a member of the Institute of Risk Management [IRM].
With over 15 years' experience gained across a diverse range of industries - including advertising, shipping, healthcare, retail and education - and with exposure to the private, public and third sectors, Vicki has a good insight into the range of challenges and opportunities with which organisations are presented.
Over this period, Vicki has developed upon her robust grounding in accountancy, progressing from clerical to senior manager and director level, whilst simultaneously expanding her remit to embrace the challenges of commercial, people and general management.
This career path has given Vicki the opportunity to work with numerous teams to dissect and resolve a range of business performance issues, using an analytical and methodical approach that delivers sustainable improvements in the pursuit of organisational objectives.
As well as managing Three Point One, Vicki is also a member of the IRM's Finance and General Purposes Committee and a Trustee of NYAS [National Youth Advocacy Service].
