One of the oldest estate agents in the region has yesterday closed its Kidderminster branch - the fourth property agents in the town to close in recent months.

Nock Deighton, which opened in Bridgnorth, Shropshire, in the 1800s is one of the county's oldest firms. It's Kidderminster branch opened in 2007, riding on the back of the property boom.
