Large building company Barratt Homes are offering a safeguard for local house buyers interested in their new housing development on Lichfield Basin in Stourport on Severn.
The way it works is simple. If you buy a house on the development and then want to sell your house within three years, if the value is lower than what you paid for it, Barratt will refund the difference up to a maximum of 15 per cent.
