Over out spa stay with my best friend. Chosen for location where we could meet somewhere central as we live far from each other. Cannot believe we found such a gem!! We found an incredible deal and the hotel were really responsive in advance of our stay. The staff were genuinely happy to help and wanted our stay to be enjoyable, the hotel was spotless, the food was excellent, the room was amazing and our spa experience was perfect. Thank you so much to every single person that made our stay so special. We will definitely be back. Ihave never stayed somewhere where the staff all genuinely seemed to love their jobs and enjoy working there. Their service, helpfulness and kindness made it extra special. Thank you everyone.

This a great hotel,great staff and good service, the spa is excellent and even better at night. The gym is medium in size but not over crowded, good available machines and free weights, I am yet to try the food but will be soon. I have now tried the food and it is excellent and the restaurant where excellent. Thank you

I stayed at the Kettering Park Hotel, A few few nights ago. I have to say, my stay was amazing. The staff were really attentive. Nothing was a problem. The room was really lovely and perfect for my requirements. I have to say a huge thank you to , Emily on Reception, who a couple of times Really helped me in navigating some issues, She went above and beyond to try and help me and I massively appreciate this Also to the Cleaner, I didn’t get her name, Was super friendly and very attentive many thanks to all.

Recently got my unit and everything was simple and easy to sort. Wendy was great she talked me through the process and then once sorted she walked me through the app and showed me to the unit and explained everything service was outstanding from her!

Have recently used Star self storage in-between moves I found the experience extremely efficient. From start to finish the site manager Graham was helpful and informative, giving clear communication throughout. Even though I cut short the time due to a change in circumstances the genuine welcoming and supportive attitude was incredibly refreshing to witness. Thank you!
The building was easy to access 24/7, trolleys kept in an easy ordered location, the lift was reliable and of good size for large furniture. The site inside and outside was very clean throughout. I instantly felt reassured my possessions were going to be safe and secure. Unlike many storage facilities which can appear a little rogue….
I would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them to anyone needing storage short or long term.
