FANTASTIC.
Me and my partner stayed overnight at this hotel for my 20th Birthday and i would definitely return.
Upon arriving to the hotel, we lounged in the pool cafe and i went for a massage treatment done by a lovely lady called Lauren! The massage room was unbelievably relaxing and the massage was incredible.
We then went to the front desk and asked if there was any early check in available (this was a few hours before scheduled check in) the staff were extremely helpful and gave us early check in.
The pool is lovely, its a quiet and relaxing environment and the steam room and sauna are definitely a bonus!
For dinner me and my partner both had steak which was absolutely gorgeous, easily the best steak that i have ever had. Dinner was a bit pricey but you really can't complain as the quality of the food was phenomenal.
The outside area is perfect to sit and relax in the evenings with lots of tables and chairs scattered around.
The room was absolutely perfect, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, it was almost impossible to drag yourself out of such a comfy bed in the morning.
The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel, but the full English was to die for!
10/10 would stay again! Cannot fault a thing.

Lovely place although the menu is limited and the drinks are hugely overpriced and the staff dont seem well trained on wines which I would expect from an expensive wine

Curious combination of a newish building but stuffed with antique oldeworlde charm inside.
Has a great swimming pool, spa facilities, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
Good choice of cuisine is presented with great care and style worthy of an upscale restaurant.
Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us when we needed to fix the broken pannier rack on our bicycles, as well as providing a safe place to stow our steeds.
Room was smart with a large bathroom and complimentary milk in the fridge, coffee making machine and very welcome air conditioning.
Wine is a bit pricey, but one of the cheapest, a South American Sauvignon Blanc at £24 came up trumps and went down well.
Location, in Kettering business Park, is a bit disconcerting at first but the surrounding trees give it a country feel nevertheless.

Nice hotel, cleanand welcoming. Staff great, very helpful. Food absolutely dire, I can't remember having worse meals anywhere in all my life. Along with 49 others in our group we will never return, ever, not at all, definitely.

Parking was free and easy (plenty of spaces). Check-in was faultless (very friendly staff) and our Signature Double Room was clean with excellent facilities (I have never stayed in a hotel with a phone in the bathroom before).
We used the spa facilities which were very good although there were no instructions on how to go about getting a drink (from the pool side you have to knock on the glass door next to the spa reception and ask). Would have been nice if there had been a water dispenser near the outdoor lounge part. There is a dispenser in the changing room but it only has that horrible cone shape paper cups so its pointless. In the end I ordered a soft drink from reception and then just reused the beaker.
The food in the restaurant is good but very expensive. I had pate for starter which didn't come with any bread/toast. I asked the waitress why they provided side plates yet no-one had bread and she replied that I had to purchase the bread at a cost of £4.25 (which also came with oils etc). Would be a really good idea to offer a slice included ! I had the chocolate brownie for dessert which was about £7 and its the smallest I have ever seen (half the size of what you would get in most other places).
The room was very quiet over the evening/night. I'm not sure if that's because its insulated well or the hotel wasn't busy but it was a very nice comfortable room.
The Breakfast staff the following morning were all very friendly. The hot breakfast was a buffet but you have to ask for each item to be served onto your plate. Overall I would rate it as good although once again there seem to be a lack of bread (there was only two pieces left and I had both of them which I noticed wasn't replaced by the staff).
Checkout was quick and easy with no issues on the billing. My wife had used a debit card as part of the check-in procedure and they had taken a £50 'deposit' out off and they refunded the difference for the bill.
Overall this is a good hotel but I wouldn't book an evening meal here unless I got an inclusive deal like I did this time round.
